Trained for This: My Path from the Field to PhaseFit
I’ve been an athlete since I could walk. With a coach for a father, movement was woven into my everyday life—whether it was running drills in the backyard or competing in multiple sports through high school and college. My dad coached me through nearly every season, and even some college meets, instilling in me a deep respect for discipline, resilience, and the power of intentional training. That foundation shaped not only my athletic career but also my approach to coaching, programming, and supporting others.
I earned my degree in Human Health Performance with a concentration in Exercise Science, which gave me a strong understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and recovers. I’ve built on that foundation with multiple certifications, including Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, and Corrective Exercise. Each one has allowed me to design programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to the unique needs of women—whether they’re rebuilding strength, starting a new journey, or simply seeking a deeper connection to their bodies. I’m currently working toward my Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Instructor Certification, because I believe every phase of womanhood deserves thoughtful, evidence-based support.
My work blends science with symbolism. Whether I’m crafting a cycle-syncing snack guide or designing a full-body strength circuit, I aim to create tools that feel both effective and meaningful. These credentials aren’t just titles; they’re the scaffolding behind every decision I make. They reflect a lifelong commitment to helping women move with purpose, nourish with intention, and recover with reverence.
