Why I Started PhaseFit Coaching- And What Brought Me Here
For a long time, I thought the only way to feel strong was to push harder. Push through pain. Push through fatigue. Push through my cycle, because that’s just what women were taught to do. But over time, my body started speaking louder. It wasn’t just tired—it was begging to be heard. And when I finally started listening, everything changed.
I’m Hailey, the founder of PhaseFit Coaching, and this business was born from my own journey of learning to reconnect with my body in a more compassionate, informed, and aligned way. Like many women, I spent years trying to “fix” things that were never broken; feeling like my cycle was a burden, like rest was weakness, and like strength only counted if it looked a certain way. What I needed wasn’t another generic program—I needed something that worked with my body, not against it.
Through education, certifications, and a lot of personal growth, I realized that there is a better way to train, nourish, and take care of ourselves; one that honors our hormones, our energy, and the natural rhythms of our bodies. That’s what PhaseFit is all about. It's not just about lifting weights or eating clean. It’s about tuning in. It’s about cycle awareness. It’s about knowing that your strength doesn’t have to come at the cost of your well-being.
As a coach, I work with women who want more than just another fitness plan. They want guidance that meets them where they are, that supports every phase of life—whether you’re navigating your period, perimenopause, or just trying to feel good in your own skin again. I bring my knowledge, empathy, and real-life experience to every client I work with, because I’ve been there; and I know how powerful it is to feel in tune with yourself again.
