PhaseFit
PhaseFit Coaching was created from my own journey, one marked by burnout, rebuilding, and learning what it truly means to train in a way that supports the whole woman. As an athlete, I spent years following rigid programs that pushed me to perform no matter how I felt. I loved being an athlete, but I eventually realized something important: women are not meant to train like machines. Our lives, energy, and seasons shift, and our approach to movement should shift with us.
PhaseFit exists to support women and girls in every phase of life. Beginners, busy moms, postpartum women, women navigating perimenopause, returning exercisers, and female athletes of all ages deserve training that reflects their goals, their season, and their bodies. Whether you want gentle movement, steady strength, or intense performance training, your program should be built for you.
Here, I combine strength training, functional movement, and education based coaching to help you build resilience, confidence, and lifelong strength. For those who want it, I also offer cycle aware programming, but it is only one of many tools we can use to support your training.
PhaseFit is also a place for education and empowerment. I speak to women, girls, teams, and community groups about movement, confidence, training through life phases, and understanding the female body in a way that builds strength instead of shame.
This is a space where we leave behind the idea that you must push harder to be successful. Instead, we choose movement that supports your life physically, mentally, and emotionally. Fitness is not about doing more. It is about doing what helps you grow stronger, more capable, and more confident in the season you are in.
