PhaseFit Coaching

About
PhaseFit

A smiling couple with their dog in a grassy, wooded outdoor setting.

PhaseFit Coaching was born out of a personal journey—one that included burnout, rediscovering strength, and learning to work with my body, not against it. As a coach, I specialize in helping women reconnect to their strength in a way that honors the natural rhythms of their lives—including the menstrual cycle.

After years of following rigid fitness plans as an athlete that didn’t account for how I actually felt (Don’t get me wrong I loved being an athelte). I realized that we’re not meant to train like machines our whole lives. Women’s bodies shift hormonally week to week, and our approach to movement should reflect that. I created PhaseFit to be a space where fitness is tailored to real life, real energy, and real bodies.

At PhaseFit, we use strength training, functional movement, and cycle-aware programming to help women build resilience, improve mobility, and feel strong through every phase—menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, luteal, and beyond. Whether you're just starting out, returning to movement, or managing the shifts of perimenopause, you're not alone—and you don’t have to push through or ignore your body’s signals to make progress.

Here, we ditch the “no pain, no gain” mentality and choose sustainable, cycle-smart strength that supports your life—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Because fitness isn't just about doing more—it's about doing what's right for you, in this phase, right now.
